August 1 & 2 kicked off another year of Capturing Kids’ Hearts Year 1 training for our new employees. They were joined by staff from Mountain Home, Hazen, and Searcy to learn about tools that will help them be successful in the jobs set before them in reaching our youth. Flip Flippen, Founder and Chairman of CKH, states, “Our mission with kids is a simple one: To win their hearts and to lead them to their personal best.” Capturing Kids’ Hearts empowers staff to create a safe learning environment by building and maintaining positive relationships. We are so excited to see how these relationships develop this next year!
